Infractions

Internal staff discipline with logging, DMs, and optional approval.

Infractions are for your team, not in-game players. Management documents warnings, strikes, and terminations with a paper trail in Discord — optionally gated behind approval and custom embeds.

Commands

All require Management (or Server Administrator):

• /infraction issue — Create a new record
• /infraction list — View someone’s history
• /infraction manage — Open a specific infraction by ID

Built-in types

Warden ships with these defaults (customization may vary by plan):

Configuration map

1. Channels

   Set Infractions Channel (public staff record) and Infraction Audit Logs (history/audit).

2. Behavior toggles

   Configure other options… → Options — DMs, confirmation prompts, approval, issuer visibility.

3. Embed branding

   Configure other options… → Customise Embed — colors, author line, title, description, thumbnail.

Options explained

Notify On Infractions

DMs the staff member when an infraction is issued.

Notify On Voided Infractions

DMs when an infraction is voided.

Infraction Confirmation

Adds a confirmation step before issuing.

Require Approval

Holds the infraction until a Management role approves it.

Show Infraction Issuer

Adds a button revealing who issued the action.
